2. Products and Accuracy We strive to display the colors and images of our products (especially our Premium Pink Tea) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you agree to pay the full amount (Product Price + Delivery Charges) to the courier rider at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours.
Standard delivery time across Pakistan is usually 3 to 5 working days.
Aqsa Spices is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather conditions).
5. Return and Refund Please review our separate “Delivery & Return” page for detailed information. Generally, we accept returns only if:
The item received is damaged or incorrect.
The item is returned in its original packaging within the specified time frame.
